Greater City: Providence has good coverage of a proposal to tear down Clarke Flower Shop on Hope Street and create a drive-through coffee shop.

You don’t have to walk more than three steps on that section of Hope without getting caffeinated, but you do have to get out of your car. There is a pre-school across the street and a high school on the corner. Where do they think we have room for a traffic jam?
